Last month, we updated the permission sets on Pipedrive, launched a new-look Community and celebrated hitting a big company milestone.
New permission sets so users can access only the tools they need
To make it easier for you to give each person in your team the exact access they need, there are now two permission set categories in Pipedrive:
The Deals app permission sets
The global permission sets
There is also a separate permission set for account settings, which includes access settings for user management, billing, company settings and security center.
