We want to make your Pipedrive experience even better in 2022. From user interface updates to new add-ons, here’s what you may have missed from us in January.

Save time with activity search

We know many of you find it tricky to find your activities and their related notes.

We’ve taken in your feedback and we’re pleased to say you can now quickly find your calls, meetings and other activities in the global search bar.

Admin users are able to search for all activities by all users, while regular users can search for their own activities. You can search for your activity by title, note and description.

You can also mark activities done (or undone) in the search bar and hover over the activity to reveal more information such as deal, organization and person.

Find quality leads with Prospector in Web Visitors

Web Visitors lets you see which companies are visiting your website, where they came from and how they engage with your content.

You can now reveal the emails, direct phone numbers and social accounts of relevant people for each organization in Web Visitors with Prospector credits.

Prospector, which is part of our LeadBooster add-on, reveals verified contact information of matches from a database of 400 million profiles. LeadBooster subscribers get 10 free Prospector credits each month to help them find new high-quality leads.

If you’re new to Web Visitors, you can sign up for an extended 30-day trial until Monday February 7th.

Close deals faster with Smart Docs add-on

Smart Docs helps centralize the document process for your team, and as it’s part of our ecosystem, allows you to auto-populate documents with Pipedrive CRM data in seconds.

You can create quotes with Pipedrive data and build and share templates with your team to maintain a consistent experience for your customers. You can also send contracts to be signed electronically, track your open documents in real time and seamlessly connect with Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.

With Smart Docs, you’re less likely to miss out on closing a deal because you didn’t have the visibility to follow up in time.

Professional and Enterprise users get Smart Docs for free as part of their subscription. Essential and Advanced users can add Smart Docs add-on to their package from $32.50 per month.

Use Pipedrive in Indonesian and Latvian

We have launched Indonesian and Latvian language versions of Pipedrive.

Indonesian and Latvian language users will be able to read about our products and use our software in their preferred language.

With the two latest additions, Pipedrive is now available in 20 languages, meaning more people can get the best out of Pipedrive in their local language.
