We’re looking for an SEO manager to address SEO alerts, support on-page optimization, and improve site architecture in our Berlin office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome organic team to enhance our search visibility and ensure strong website performance

Your new adventure:
- Contribute to long-term growth strategies by conceiving, prioritizing, and implementing technical SEO initiatives
- Respond to SEO alerts and troubleshoot technical SEO issues as they arise
- Work closely with the technical SEO manager and head of SEO to ensure all domains and web pages are optimized from a technical perspective
- Write technical specifications and maintain an SEO backlog to support ongoing site development
- Collaborate with engineering, web, and product teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital efforts
- Monitor and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and other technical elements to support site performance
- Stay ahead of search trends by assessing new SEO tools and evaluating potential agency partnerships
- Coach colleagues on new SEO technologies and tools
- Analyze site performance and provide reports to key stakeholders
Does this sound like you?
- At least four years of experience in technical SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trend-identification abilities
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMP, and server responses
- Experience with freelancer and cross-team project management
- A good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
- Understanding of how AI is impacting search, particularly from a technical perspective
- Proficiency with key SEO tools, including but not limited to Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, Google Search Console, and GA4
