FEATURE: LeadBooster
LeadBooster is Pipedrive’s powerful and easy to use lead-generation Feature which allows Clients to capture high-quality inbound and outbound leads. LeadBooster provides access to the following functionalities: Web Forms, Chatbot, Live Chat and Prospector. The LeadBooster Feature is available to use on Pipedrive’s web application only.
“Available Credits” means any Free Credits + Purchased Credits minus Used Credits + Expired Credits.
“Billing Cycle” means the length of time (annual or monthly) between the last statement closing date and the subsequent statement closing date for any Fees due.
“Contact Data” means a social media profile(s), email(s) and/or phone number(s) associated with a Lead.
“Credit” means a service credit which may be redeemed by a User in order to reveal Lead Contact Data.
“Expired Credits” means Credits which are no longer Available Credits, as they were not used within the specified Billing Cycle (if paying monthly) or Monthly Credit Allowance Period (if paying annually).
“Free Credit” means Credit which is provided at no charge to a Client.
“Inaccurate Contact Data” means disabled emails or disconnected phone numbers.
“Monthly Credit Allowance” means the monthly Credits which Client receives according to their Plan.
“Monthly Credit Allowance Period” means the length of time for which Credits are valid. For monthly Plans, it is the same date as the Billing Cycle. For annual Plans, it is on the corresponding day of the month on which Client’s annual Billing Cycle commenced (i.e., if annual Billing Cycle started on April 4th, a Monthly Credit Allowance Period would be from April 4th to May 3rd).
“Lead” means a business contact profile maintained in Prospector.
“Purchased Credit” means Credit which is added by the Client either through a recurring Plan or via a one-time purchase.
“Used Credit” means Credit which has been redeemed by a User to reveal Lead Contact Data.
“User Management” means a group of settings that controls User access to different features and permissions within the Feature. If a User has authorization to access User Management then he/she can control other User’s access to the Feature and Client Data access.
Web Forms allows Clients to capture vital Contact Data from visitors to its website with intuitive forms that are simple to share. Web Forms may only be accessed and used by admin Users of the Feature.
Chatbot allows Clients to engage 24/7 with visitors to its website. Clients can customize how it looks, the questions it asks and how it replies. Chatbot may only be accessed and used by admin Users of the Feature.
Live Chat allows Users to take over their Chatbot conversations and chat directly with website visitors. Live Chat may only be enabled by admin Users within Chatbot, however once enabled by default, all Users who have an active Free Trial or Plan to LeadBooster can use it. Client will have the ability to amend Users access via User Management.
Prospector is a credit-based feature located in the LeadBooster Feature. Prospector enables Users to search for Leads in an external database of profiles, provided by Cognism. Exact Contact Data of a Lead is revealed only after spending Credits. By default, all Users who have an active Free Trial or Plan to LeadBooster can use Prospector to search for Leads, however only Users with an authorization are permitted to use Credits to reveal Lead Contact Data.
Both Client and Cognism should be considered independent data controllers when processing the Leads’ data, with Pipedrive facilitating the transfer of data between the parties. Clients remain fully responsible for using the Prospector feature and complying with applicable data protection regulations, including when receiving the Leads’ data and when contacting the Leads. For more information about how Cognism complies with data protection regulations, see for example:

Clients may change their current Plan as follows:
Monthly Plan - Can be undertaken at any time if undertaken before the end of a Billing Cycle:
Credits will be added immediately, and
Credits received and Feature Plan Fees will be prorated for the remainder of the current Billing Cycle (the difference between the current Plan and the new Plan)
On commencement of the next Billing Cycle, Client will receive full allocation of Credits for the new Plan and the new Feature Plan Fees will be due.
Annual Plan - Can be undertaken at anytime, however if undertaken before the end of a calendar month:
The current Monthly Credit Allowance Period’s Credits will be added immediately, and
The Credits added and the Feature Plan Fees will be prorated for the remainder of the current Billing Cycle (the difference between the current Plan and the new Plan)
On commencement of the next Monthly Credit Allowance Period, Client will receive full allocation of Monthly Credit Allowance for the new Subscription and the new Feature Plan Fees will be due.
Monthly and Annual Plans - Can be undertaken at any time, however, if undertaken before the end of a Billing Cycle, changes in Credits and Feature Plan Fees will only be applicable on commencement of the next Billing Cycle.
Credits are allocated to Client depending on their Feature Plan type or via the purchase of one-time Credit packages. One Credit can be used to reveal one Lead’s Contact Data. Available Credits are only available to be used by Users of an Account with an authorization to do so.
Free Trial - Clients starting an active Free Trial of the LeadBooster Feature will be allocated 10 Free Credits per Account, which will expire at the end of the Free Trial.
Monthly Plan - Clients with a monthly Plan of the LeadBooster Feature will be allocated 10 Free Credits per Billing Cycle, which are included in the Plan Fee for LeadBooster. Free Credits will be allocated on a prorated basis if less than a full Billing Cycle is remaining upon sign-up.
Annual Plan - Clients with an annual Plan of the LeadBooster Feature will be allocated 10 Free Credits per Monthly Credit Allowance Period, which are included in the Plan Fee for LeadBooster. Free Credits will be allocated on a prorated basis if less than a full Monthly Credit Allowance Period is remaining upon sign-up.
At any stage, additional Credits can be purchased and added to a LeadBooster Plan either recurringly, or via one-time packages. Credits added on a recurring basis, will be prorated during the first Billing Cycle if less than a full Billing Cycle is remaining on sign-up.
Credits (including Free Credits) can only be used within the same Billing Cycle (for Clients with a monthly Plan) or Monthly Credit Allowance Period (for Clients with an annual Plan), in which they were received. Credits do not rollover from Billing Cycle to Billing Cycle or Monthly Credit Allowance Period to Monthly Credit Allowance Period, as applicable. Clients with an annual Plan will be given Credits monthly on the day of the month on which their Plan commenced. These Credits shall remain valid and can be redeemed for Leads until the next monthly allocation date (i.e the Monthly Credit Allowance Period).
Client has the right to report a Lead as Inaccurate Contact Data via the inaccurate leads report (located in the Prospector Feature) and request to receive back the Credit used to reveal that Lead. An authorized User must make a request within ten (10) days of revealing the Lead’s Contact Data. An authorized User will also only be able to make this request if they have not yet converted the Lead into a tracked transaction within a pipeline in their Account. Pipedrive will review the Client’s request and either approve or reject the request within 3 business days. If rejected, Pipedrive will provide a rationale for the rejection. If approved, any Credits will be received back during the next monthly Billing Cycle (for Clients with monthly Subscriptions), or Monthly Credit Allowance Period (for Clients with an annual Subscription) and must be used within the next Billing Cycle/Monthly Credit Allowance Period, as applicable.
Client may cancel their subscription to the LeadBooster Feature at any time, which may result in immediate loss of access to the Feature without any refund of any prepaid Fees.
