Amazon integration with Pipedrive is a process that allows sellers on Amazon to connect their Amazon seller central account to their Pipedrive account.

Amazon shares encrypted customer email IDs. We create new customers in Pipedrive based on these email IDs. The encrypted email addresses from Amazon get automatically synced to the Pipedrive account. The first name is populated with the word ‘Amazon’, and the last name with the encrypted email id.

Here are the benefits:

• Complete automatic contact sync so you no longer have to update contacts manually.
• When a new customer places an order on Amazon, a new person is automatically created in Pipedrive.
• Order number, Order status, Order amount, Date, Shipping city and pin code, sales and fulfilment channel for the customer order attached in notes for the customer.

Step 1: App installation

Go To Pipedrive marketplace and search for the Amazon integration by Cloudify and install it.

Step 2: Guide to the mapping window

• The mandatory default field mapping for contact sync is Email. The rest of the mappings are editable that include Postal code, Region, City and Country code.
• To add new mappings, click on ‘Add new mapping’ and select a field from the Amazon dropdown and simultaneously select which field you want to populate from the Pipedrive dropdown. At last, confirm your action.
• In the end, click on ‘Save mappings’.

Please note: New mapping field addition in the mapping window is limited in numbers.

Step 3: Select Subscription Plan

You can select the appropriate subscription plan as per your need. The basic plan is selected for you by default.

Step 4: Person sync

You are now on the Pipedrive dashboard and will automatically be redirected to the contact page. Here, the customer data, i.e. name and encrypted email ID provided by Amazon along with the other fields that are mapped, gets populated automatically. The list gets updated every 10 mins.
