To start, install the app via the Pipedrive Marketplace and authorize access to your Arrivy account.
***Step 1: ***Once authorized, go to any deal and click "Arrivy task" from the “Action” bar
Step 2: The Arrivy task form launches in a separate window. Fill it out to schedule the customer, assign crew and equipment and fill in any important notes
Step 3: Track progress of the task by opening this deal again in Pipedrive and view the content of the Arrivy app panel that brings in the latest task information from Arrivy

As a rapidly growing solar company, we struggled with managing our ever expanding field crew schedules. Arrivy, with it's PipeDrive API integration, has streamlined our processes and reduced workload while increasing communication and transparency between the customers, technicians, and office staff. There are so many features offered in Arrivy that it is hard to list them all, but the ability to sync data into tasks from PipeDrive, to create custom work forms, automatically sync pictures and info from the field to GDrive, track mileage and hours for payroll and automate messages/communication with customers are the most helpful! It also needs to be said that the team at Arrivy has been extremely helpful in implementing existing features as well as customizing new ones for our business needs. The platform is very user friendly and their staff consistently goes the extra mile to support our needs.
The team at Arrivy has been FAR SUPERIOR to any other program we were looking at. They have taken the time to make sure every question was answered and understood throughout the process as well. They have taken and listened to all of my suggestions and requests and found a way for each and everyone to work within their system. I have never had such great communication while working with a company. The program works perfect as a way to keep my operations, sales, field techs, AND clients on the same page with the most current information. There is no more wondering what the ETA for my techs to the clients home for all people involved. Also, the use of integrated forms is a game changer. I have delivery forms for my crews to use upon completion of delivery that they can attach a photo and have clients sign off receipt of material in good condition, Installers can take photos on forms and document information on site damage, or material damage to be able to track and prove issues down the road! The forms are super simple for me to create and use. I cant say how great this company is enough!!!
the team is great to work with - we are still integrating but will give another review when we get launched and start using - the features so far seam to fit all of our needs
We are a moving company and this application integrates nicely with our systems. The team at Arrivy has also been very helpful in creating custom enhancements to work alongside our operations model. I highly recommend Arrivy for other moving companies or service based businesses.
