In addition, SalesOS lets you use your Pipedrive contacts in your SalesOS campaigns. Simply export your Pipedrive contacts to SalesOS, create a campaign, and start reaching out to your ideal customers.

Installation instructions

The first step is to head over to Account Settings. Once there, the user can navigate to the Integrations section.

We have a dedicated integration section whereby the user can select Pipedrive as their CRM account.

Upon clicking on Pipedrive as their desired CRM account they will find a ‘Link Account’ button presented to them. Upon clicking it the user will then be redirected to grant the necessary permissions. So for the scopes that we have selected, which is contacts, they will see that we need full access. And once they approve that, they can click continue to the app.

The user will then be redirected back to their dashboard. And in the background, the linking of the account will be taking place. Once it’s complete, they will see a success message indicating the linking has been completed successfully.

If the user heads back over to the Integrations section in Account Settings, the user will then see the feature of importing and exporting contacts accessible to them.

They may import their Pipedrive contacts to our application by clicking on ‘Import Contact’. They may choose to export our contacts to their Pipedrive app by clicking the ‘Export Contacts’ button.

And finally, if they no longer want to have their Pipedrive account associated with our application, they may click the ‘Remove Account’ button.
