In your Charles universe:

1. Log in to your Charles account
2. Go to "Settings" > "Integrations"
3. In "Available Integrations," click the Pipedrive icon
4. As the new window opens, click "Install Pipedrive"

You will be redirected to a new Charles page. Follow the steps as noted. You then will be redirected to the Pipedrive organization that you are currently logged in to and be asked to allow the Charles Pipedrive app access. Either click “Install” or “Cancel.”

Once you have confirmed access, you will be redirected to your Charles universe. If no error was displayed, you've successfully installed the Charles-Pipedrive integration.
