• Log your AI notes into Notes in Pipedrive to qualify your leads.
• Add these Notes to the right contacts, deals and companies.
• Attach the link of the recordings to replay your calls directly from Pipedrive.
• Search and filter your calls in Claap with CRM sync.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Record meetings with Claap and generate AI Notes using the template that fits your need (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, etc...).
2. Send your notes to Pipedrive using Claap’s integration.
3. Access your meeting notes directly from your records (Contact, Deal) on Pipedrive.
4. Send CRM data back to Claap to enrich AI Insights.

1. Initiate the install

• Click "Install now" or "Proceed to install". This will redirect you to the Claap app.
• If you don't have an account, the onboarding process will guide you through Claap's signup.
• If you have an account, sign in and you will be shown the Pipedrive integration page.

2. Connect Claap to Pipedrive

• Click "Connect" on the Pipedrive integration page
• Review the permissions requested by Claap
• Click "Allow and Install"
• In the connection confirmation screen, click "Go to workspace" to go back to your Claap home

3. Optional: Connect your calendar

To make the most of the Pipedrive integration, Claap needs your calendar to be connected to have information about your scheduled meetings and participants. If your calendar is not connected, click on Calendar in your Claap workspace to connect it.

4. Enjoy the Integration

At this point, any meeting you record with Claap and which has external participants will trigger the Pipedrive integration features:

• A Note will automatically be created in Pipedrive with the meeting details, the list of participants, the meeting Overview and AI Insights from Claap
• The note will be attached to the relevant Deals and Contacts in Pipedrive

5. Take it one step further

Fine tune your meeting recording automations in your Claap "Meeting preferences" to decide:

• which meetings to record
• who should receive the summary
• which AI Insights should be generated
• and how they are synced to Pipedrive
