1. Log in to your Kavkom account or register at https://app.kavkom.com/registration/. A demo account will be created for you, which you can upgrade by ordering a dialing plan.

2. Connect your Pipedrive account with your Kavkom account After login, proceed to Advanced settings -> Integrations, which is under the gear icon button. On this Integrations tab on the list of prompt apps, you should find the Pipedrive app.

3. To integrate Kavkom with Pipedrive, click the "Install" button. Next, you will be redirected to the Pipedrive site to authorize your Pipedrive account and connect it with Kavkom. You will be prompted to install the app on the Pipedrive side and allow access.

4. Save tokens You will be redirected to the Kavkom site, where you should follow the instructions and copy the token and set it in Pipedrive.

5. Choose admin token When a company consists of a few accounts, you should select an account to get call notifications. Use the "Select Admin" button. You will see a dropdown menu with Pipedrive accounts for users with Kavkom CRM.

To set up an admin account, choose the correct email address and use the "Save changes" button. From now on, call notifications will be assigned to the selected account.

Attention: If you don't select an account, notifications will appear for the first user found.
