In just a few seconds, you can set up your Pipedrive integration and automatically send call insights with your very first call. Here are some things you can do with the Nimbata + Pipedrive integration:

  • Automatically create new contacts
  • Update Pipedrive’s data with new caller insights from callers’ information like caller name to attribution like the campaigns that generated the call
  • Create custom Pipedrive fields to match with Nimbata’s fields like conversation transcriptions or tags
  • Calculate lead scores within Pipedrive based on caller behavior, web visits, and attribution.

💡 Note: You can also use Nimbata’s intuitive automation builder to maintain quality within your CRM by sending only valid calls as contacts.

Installation instructions

  1. Log in to your Nimbata account, navigate to the Integrations section, and select Pipedrive.
  2. Click on "Connect" to connect your Pipedrive account.
  3. In the pop up click “Allow and Install”.
  4. Map Nimbata fields to Pipedrive fields. You'll need to configure two scenarios: one for when the caller is not found, and another for when the caller is already in your CRM.
  5. Select the default "After Every Call" automation or customize rules to control when Nimbata triggers the integration, giving you greater control over your data.
  6. Click on Send test and Save.
  7. Send a test event to see how a call is sent to Pipedrive and click Save.
  8. Your integration is now complete! From now on, all incoming calls that match your automation criteria will be automatically logged in your Pipedrive account. It’s that simple!
