The Overloop.ai integration allows you to automatically push leads into your Pipedrive CRM account when they are sourced and contacted by an Overloop.ai campaign.

It also offers the possibility to ensure that you will not contact a lead that is already present into your Pipedrive account.

You can also decide to automatically create deals or activities in Pipedrive from Overloop.ai workflows when a lead is created, or when he replies,...

Tracking events (lead opened your email, lead replied by email, lead replied on Linkedin,...) can also be pushed as notes on your leads in Pipedrive when the option is enabled in the integration settings.

After deciding to install the Overloop AI Pipedrive intregration, you will be redirected to the application.

You will have the choice to log in if you already have an Overloop AI account, or you can decide to create a new account from the login screen. Overloop AI offers the possibilty to create a free trial account.

Once you are logged in the Overloop AI application, you will have the possibility to configure the Pipedrive integration from the "Features & Integrations" page (https://app.overloop.ai/intgrations).

From there, you will be able to configure different things:

• Sync options: always push created prospects from campaign to Pipedrive, or only push them when they reply, or don't automatically push them.
• User mapping
• Fields mapping
• Choose what to do if a campaign sources a prospect that already exists in Pipedrive: enroll it in a campaign, or don't enroll it.

There is also a logs section in the Pipedrive integration configuration page that allows you to have a visibility on the performed actions between Overloop AI and Pipedrive.
