The Profyle Card Pipedrive integration turbo-charges your lead generation by ensuring that any introductions you make with your Profyle Digital Business Card are automatically captured within your Pipedrive account as Leads and Contacts.

This integration is completely free to use if you are a Profyle Card customer.

Basic installation

Installing the Pipedrive integration is a straightforward process.

1. Log into the Profyle Card Admin Portal and navigate to the "Integrations" section using the left hand menu.
2. Select "Settings" from within the "Pipedrive" integration.
3. Click "Authorise Pipedrive Account" and follow the on-screen instructions. You may be asked to log into your Pipedrive account and select your organisation.

Now, any introductions made using Profyle Cards from within your organisation will automatically generate leads in your Pipedrive account!

Setting up attribution of Lead owners

If you'd like the Lead owner to be set within Pipedrive, you need to set the "External CRM ID" of each of your Profyles to match the corresponding User within Pipedrive.

1. Get a list of your Pipedrive User IDs (see instructions below)
2. Within the Profyle Admin Portal, navigate to "People > (person name) > Edit Details"
3. At the bottom of the form within the "Advanced Features" section, enter the Pipedrive User ID into the External CRM ID field and click "Save".

Getting a list of your Pipedrive User IDs

1. Navigate to "Settings > Company Overview > Manage Users".
2. Click the "Export" button and select "CSV".
3. Open this CSV file in a spreadsheet application and you will see a list of your user IDs.
