1. Install the app from the Pipedrive Marketplace.
2. Click on the enable button to get authorize window.
3. Authorize RingCentral Service with RingCentral Acc SID and Auth Token of your RingCentral Account
4. Add RingCentral Numbers with friendly names.
5. After the successful authorization go to the Pipedrive Home page.
6. 'Send SMS - RingCentral' panel will be available on the right-hand side of your Pipedrive Contact detail page.
7. Click on the Send SMS button to open the Send SMS page with From and To numbers prefilled.
8. Enter your customized message and click "Send SMS".
9. For adding more numbers instantly, click "Add more Numbers" to add RingCentral numbers.
10. Inbound and Outbound SMS will be added as Notes for History purposes.
