Unleashed is an all-in-one inventory management app that lets you manage your customer and product data. You can supercharge your prospecting by automatically importing contacts into your Unleashed account from Pipedrive, such as the customer name, email, phone number, organization, address, and so on. This contact sync is unidirectional that happens from Pipedrive to Unleashed. You can sync organization and people from Pipedrive to customers in the Unleashed app.

Step 1: App installation Go To Pipedrive marketplace and search for Unleashed integration by Cloudify and install it.

Step 2: API authentication

• Login to Unleashed account. Go to ‘Integration’ and click on ‘Unleashed API access.’
• Copy API Key and API ID and paste them into the pop-up window on Pipedrive page. Then go to the next step.

Step 3: Guide to mapping window

• There are toggle buttons available for syncing organization or people. The default field values for people sync are Customer name and Email, and for organization data sync is Customer name. Rest of the fields can be mapped as per your requirement.

• If a person field/organization field is not available in Pipedrive, you can create a new one by clicking on ‘Create new Pipedrive field.’ Enter the name of the field you want to create and click on ‘Create.’

• Click on ‘Add new mapping’ and select the fields that you want to map from the drop down menu in Unleashed and Pipedrive columns. At last, confirm your action.

• You can add multiple field mappings. At end, click on ‘Save mappings’.

Step 4: Select Subscription plan You can select the appropriate subscription plan. The basic plan is selected for you by default.

Please note: New mapping field addition in the mapping window is limited in numbers.

Step 5: Add person/organization for sync Whenever a new person/organization is created in Pipedrive it will be automatically synced to Unleashed as per the mapping defined by you.
