Our application integrates Pipedrive and Zadarma virtual PBX, after setting up, the following functions will be available to you:

• Outgoing calls from Pipedrive. A call button will be added next to the phone number.

• Call routing to the appropriate manager.

• Route the call back to the PBX, if the assigned manager cannot be reached.

• Display the client's name on the IP phone

• Speech recognition for calls

• Incoming SMS via integration

• Create contact by call (Incoming & outgoing )

• Listen to audio recordings of calls.

Integration app is free. You must have a Zadarma account and an installed application for calls or a configured IP phone.

1. Create an account http://zadarma.com or log in to your personal account if you are already our client.

2. Go to Settings - Integrations and API and select Pipedrive then click Enable. The Pipedrive authorization page will open where you need to confirm the installation of the application by clicking the Allow and Install button.

3. In the next step, Zadarma's personal account will open again where you need to select Pipedrive, integration settings will open, assign internal numbers of Zadarma virtual PBX to Pipedrive users and save the settings, you can also enable other useful integration options here.

Integration setup is complete, for calls, set up a softphone or IP phone to the internal PBX number of your Pipedrive user. Then open Pipedrive and make your first call by clicking on the call button next to the phone number in contact, this will initiate a callback to your softphone, you will pick up the phone and be connected to the contact number from pipedrive.
