Pipedrive awarded the “Diverse workplace” label by the Estonian Human Rights Centre

New York, May 30, 2024 – Pipedrive, the easy and effective sales CRM for small businesses, today announced that the company has been awarded the “Diverse workplace” label by the Estonian Human Rights Centre in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia. The label is valid for two years and it’s the third consecutive time Pipedrive has received the recognition.

“A diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment leads to better outcomes in various aspects of life, fostering empathy, curiosity, and innovative solutions in business. Without diversity, we would not be able to provide diversity of thought. Pipedrive’s success story is deeply rooted in our people and the unique culture we have cultivated since the very beginning. Driven by the founders’ vision, cherishing diversity has helped us break barriers and achieve success both internally and globally. It drives creativity, enhances problem-solving, and aligns us more closely with our global clientele. We couldn’t be happier about this recognition as it reflects our commitment to creating the best possible employee experience, taking meaningful steps to encourage change, and providing an engaging and supportive environment for all our team members,” said Liina Adov, Senior Personal Coach and DEBI (Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion) Manager at Pipedrive.

Helen Talalaev, Head of the Diversity and Inclusion Programme at the Estonian Human Rights Centre, announced that the “Diverse Workplace” label programme has set a new record, with 70 companies applying for the label. “Competition for employees is serious, and every company has to think about how to be more attractive in the eyes of job seekers. An employer who notices and values its employees, regardless of their background or differences, creates a working environment that meets the expectations of today’s job seekers,” said Talalaev.

The “Diverse Workplace” recognition is a quality label that indicates a company is an attractive employer seeking talent irrespective of gender or background. This recognition also sends a values-based message to clients and partners that the company cares about Estonia and the world, contributing to making it a better place. The first labels were awarded in 2018, and today, 60 employers hold this recognition, including both new recipients and companies that have extended the validity of their label, such as Pipedrive.
