The terms set forth herein (“Supplemental Terms”) are subject to the Pipedrive Terms of Service set forth at https://www.pipedrive.com/en/terms-of-service and govern the use by Client of the Feature set forth below. When the Feature is used by a Client, these Supplemental Terms form a legally binding contract between the Client and Pipedrive. Unless set forth herein, defined terms are as set forth in the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Terms of Service, these Supplemental Terms shall govern.
FEATURE: Web Visitors
The Web Visitors Feature allows Clients to navigate through their website traffic and assist in finding the best potential customers to target during the early lead generation stages. The Web Visitors Feature is available to use on Pipedrive’s web application only.
“Unique Identified Organizations” means the corresponding company associated with the IP address of the web visitor who visited the website. If the company visits the website multiple times within a given month, they will count as just one Unique Identified Organization. If the company visits again next month, it will be counted as another Unique Identified Organization.
“User Management” means a group of settings that controls User access to different features and permissions within the Feature. If a User has the authorization to access User Management, then he/she can control other User’s access to the Feature and Client Data access.
By default, all Users of an Account who have an active Free Trial or Plan to the Web Visitors Feature can use it. Client will have the ability to amend Users access via User Management.
The Web Visitors Feature can be purchased as an additional Feature on top of any Pipedrive Platform Plan for a Fee. At any stage, authorized Users of an Account may activate a 14-day Free Trial.
To activate a Free Trial, the authorized User will be taken through the trial activation set up flow and must follow the instructions to install. As Web Visitors is powered by third party Leadfeeder, the Leadfeeder terms and conditions must be reviewed and accepted prior to completing the installation.
The Web Visitor Feature Plan and associated Fee is determined after the 14-day Free Trial and based on the average number of Unique Identified Organizations that visit your website after excluding ISPs (Internet service providers), crawlers, and irrelevant web traffic. At the end of your 14-day Free Trial, you will be sent an email notifying you of the trial expiration and the option to subscribe to a Feature Plan. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions are either monthly or annual, depending on your Pipedrive Platform Plan, and will be prorated for the remainder of any current Plan Term.
Client may cancel their subscription to the Web Visitors Feature at any time, which may result in immediate loss of access to the Feature without any refund of any prepaid Fees.
Pipedrive reserves the right to amend the Client’s Feature Plan and associated Fee at our discretion in the event the number of Unique Identified Organizations that visit your website has increased significantly above the numbers used to determine the initial Feature Plan and Fee during the Free Trial.
