Automatically show relevant information

Whenever a lead or customer writes to you, Herodesk automatically searches your Pipedrive, fetches all relevant lead details, deals, activities, etc., and presents them inside Herodesk on the right-hand side widget panel.

The information from your Pipedrive is presented as a widget inside Herodesk on your right-hand side, just next to the conversation with your customer.

This approach saves you much time from manually looking up data in multiple systems, as you'll always have all relevant data about your lead/customer inside Herodesk.

Deep-link to Pipedrive

If you need to update a lead or a deal, click the link from Herodesk, and the lead or deal will open in a new window.

This allows you to quickly do the updates needed and go back to replying your customer.

Free to install

The Herodesk <> Pipedrive integration is free for all Herodesk users.

Installation is easy.

1. Find the Herodesk App in Pipedrive Marketplace and click "Install now".

2. Enter your Herodesk Organization identifier and sign in with your user.

3. That's it!
