You’ll need a JivoChat account before being able to access or create new installation codes for installing Jivo on your website.
If you already have an account at JivoChat and you need the HTML code to install on your website, please follow the steps below:
Log in to the Jivo Web or Desktop app and go to “Manage”-> “Channels”.

You can copy the code or send it via email directly to your developer.
If needed, you can also add a new website channel to generate a new installation code and copy a new code from there.
To do that, please go to “Manage”-> “Add Channels”-> “Live Chat” and click on “connect”.
