Description

The Kcell Virtual PBX widget was built specifically for users located in Kazahstan.

Integrating Pipedrive with Kcell Virtual PBX enables you to control all calls and automate your sales. Basic language of the application is Russian. English and Kazakh languages are available in settings.

  • Automate processes: let the Pipedrive and Kcell Virtual PBX integration do the job. It can automatically create leads, deals and contacts. Never lose major deals if an employee forgets to save a caller's number.
  • Get a bird’s eye view of your deals by keeping contact activity in one place.

Installation instructions

  1. To install the application, you need to have a personal account at vats.kcell.kz.
  2. In your Pipedrive account, click the 'Install now' button.
  3. To allow Kcell Virtual PBX to access Pipedrive and install the integration, click the 'Allow and Install' button. You will be redirected to the Kcell Virtual PBX interface.
  4. Enter your personal Kcell Virtual PBX account domain name without 'https://'.
  5. The login page will open. Enter your Kcell Virtual PBX account credentials. The integration settings page will open.
  6. Set up the integration according to your business needs:
  • match Kcell Virtual PBX and Pipedrive employees;
  • set up integration scenarios.
