With PDF Generator, you can generate PDFs from custom templates. PDF data will be automatically populated using your Pipedrive fields! With support for both default and custom fields, you’ll never have to manually enter data into your PDFs again!

How it works:

From your PDF Generator portal, you'll have the option to create PDF templates. Simply upload a blank PDF, name the template, and add your fields in our easy-to-use editor. Each field can automatically draw from Pipedrive fields, saving time in filling out your info. You can even customize the appearance of your fields, including font, color, spacing, and more!

From within Pipedrive, simply click on a deal, and you'll see a list of your templates within the PDF Generator app panel. Select the template you want to generate, click "Fill", input or modify any information, and click "Generate". That's it! You'll receive a fully-generated PDF document ready for use!

Simply follow the instructions to install the integration:

1. Install the app from the Pipedrive Marketplace

2. Start your free trial, no credit-card required!

3. Create a template and add fields using our self-service editor

4. Save your template

Once your template has been saved, you can fill it using the following steps:

1. From within Pipedrive, click on a deal

2. From within the "PDF Generator" Panel, click "Fill" next to a template

3. Your fields will be auto-populated from the deal.

4. Adjust any fields you need, then click "Generate"

That's it! You'll be able to download your document and use it from here!

If you ever need to manage your subscription, manage templates, share your plan with your company, or access settings, you can do so by returning to your portal. You can access your portal at any time by clicking "Your Portal" from within the app panel in the deal screen. You can also access the portal by clicking the settings button within your app manager, by clicking the link on your welcome email, or by clicking here
