Ringotel provides mobile and desktop apps with secure calls, messaging, and collaboration features that work together with any standard phone system.

Integrating Ringotel with Pipedrive simplifies the calling experience for users by providing caller identification, easy access to CRM records, allowing them to manage CRM contacts via the Ringotel app, and more.

Quickly access your Pipedrive contacts to make calls and send messages Access your Pipedrive contacts directly from the Ringotel mobile or desktop app, make calls, and send SMS/MMS.

Create contacts from the Ringotel app You can create contacts in Pipedrive using the Ringotel mobile or desktop app interface.

Caller identification On an incoming call, Ringotel gets information about the phone number from Pipedrive and displays it to the user.

Log calls and call recordings Ringotel logs incoming and outgoing calls and call recordings to Pipedrive and provides quick access to call activity.

After the initial setup has been completed, navigate to your Organization -> Integrations tab.

Click “Enable Integration” in the Pipedrive integration and provide a Domain that you can find in your Pipedrive URL ([your_domain].pipedrive.com).

After you've entered your Pipedrive account's domain, click Save&Continue. You will then be redirected to the CRM webpage for authentication.

After the successful authentication, accept the requested permissions to enable Ringotel integration. You will then be redirected back to your Ringotel Shell portal to finalize the integration.

In the Ringotel Shell portal map your Pipedrive users with the ones created in Ringotel. Users with the same email address in both systems will be mapped automatically.

Click Save Changes. Now the integration should be configured for the mapped users.
