• Login Twilio & Copy Account SID and Auth Token and use them to authenticate the Twilio service and click on Authorize.

RingCentral

• Click the Authorize to authorize RingCentral.

Phone Numbers

Enable the listed SMS numbers with descriptive names.

Sending SMS from Pipedrive

• Go to the Pipedrive page and access "Contacts" in the sidebar.

• In the Contact detail view, the Send SMS panel will be pre-filled with the From and To numbers.

• You can either type the SMS message manually or choose a template to automatically merge fields and send personalized messages.

• All incoming and outgoing messages related to a specific contact can be tracked within the Notes/Activities section.

• To add Templates, Automation, or Campaigns, click the menu icon in the top right corner of the Send SMS panel.
