• Simplify the process of sending Twilio messages using the Pipedrive filters to add contacts within the filter.

• All messages that you send and receive will be recorded in Pipedrive.

• Allow multiple users to receive desktop notifications for your incoming Twilio messages.

• As the admin of the CRM, restrict which of the users can access your Twilio inbox.

Installation & Setup:

1. Go to Pipedrive’s marketplace and install Twilio’s extension for Pipedrive

2. Once you click ”Install now”.

3. Once redirected click on "Allow & Install".

4. The extension installation has been completed.

5. Within any Pipedrive contact, click on the dropdown on the top right corner and select "Send Twilio Message".

6. Sign in to Ulgebra using your Pipedrive email id.

7. To enable the integration, authorize your Twilio account by entering your Twilio credentials

8. Add your Twilio number

Now the integration is successfully enabled.
