1. To install the application, you need to have a personal account at https://pbx.viva.am/en.
2. In your Pipedrive account, click the 'Install now' button.
3. To allow Viva Virtual PBX to access Pipedrive and install the integration, click the 'Allow and Install' button. You will be redirected to the Viva Virtual PBX interface.
4. Enter your personal Viva Virtual PBX account domain name without 'https://'.
5. The login page will open. Enter your Viva Virtual PBX account credentials. The integration settings page will open.
6. Set up the integration according to your business needs:

• match the Viva Virtual PBX and Pipedrive employees;
• set up integration scenarios.
