NPS® stands for Net Promoter Score, which has evolved into the Net Promoter System. It is a survey methodology used to measure the loyalty of customers towards a company, product, brand, or service they have consumed.

Synchronization of Pipedrive Data: Pipedrive data can be automatically synchronized with WeHelp. This enables you to conduct more accurate surveys using predefined actions. For example, you can filter leads or customers by categories such as different pipelines, stages, wins, or losses.
Real-Time Surveys: With the integration, you can conduct real-time surveys for customers at various stages of the relationship, whether they are in the sales pipeline or the onboarding stage.
Customized Filters: You can create specific filters for automated surveys using custom fields within WeHelp's NPS® software. This customization allows you to target specific segments of your customer base for more tailored surveys.

Click "install now" above, read the permissions on the next screen, and choose "accept and install". If you already have a WeHelp account, you must log-in first before going through the installation process. If you need help, talk to your WeHelp consultant for further instructions.
If you do not already have an account, after creation return and click "accept and install again" You will be redirected to the integration settings screen, where you can customize exactly what should be integrated.
Click relate Pipeline if the idea is that WeHelp receives the data when a customer enters a particular Stage.
Click relate Pipeline (Won or Lost) if the idea is that WeHelp receives the data whenever a Deal is marked as won or lost.
In addition to the automatically imported information, you can also bring your Deal data into WeHelp by clicking relate custom fields.
If you do not already have custom fields created within WeHelp click initially on settings > custom fields;
Click save and that's it, initial configuration complete.
