Installation instructions

Users must have an active Rasayel account to utilize this integration.

There are two ways to install the Rasayel app integration:

1. From Pipedrive Marketplace Listing:

  • Head to Pipedrive marketplace.
  • Find "Sales for WhatsApp" listed.
  • Click on “Install Now”.
  • This will open an OAuth confirmation dialog that displays the scopes your app will require access to.
  • You will have two choices:
    • "Cancel" the app installation.
    • "Allow and Install" the app.
      1. If the user is logged in to Rasayel: Redirect the user to his Rasayel account and connect Pipedrive integration successfully.
      2. If the user is not logged in to Rasayel: Redirect the user to the login page. Once logged in, redirect the user to the integrations page and connect Pipedrive integration successfully.

2. From Rasayel App:

  • Head to the "Settings" page.
  • Head to the Integrations tab.
  • Choose "Pipedrive".
  • Click on “Connect Pipedrive”.
  • This will open an OAuth confirmation dialog in a new tab that displays the scopes your app will require access to.
  • You will have two choices:
    • "Cancel" the app installation.
    • "Allow and Install" the app: redirect the user to the integrations page and connect Pipedrive integration successfully.
