Description

The Xero Integration seamlessly connects Pipedrive with Xero, enabling automatic syncing of customers, products, invoices/quotes and updating sales data in real time. You can view the organisation's financial details in the custom panel of Pipedrive and create invoices/quotes in Xero when a deal stage changes in Pipedrive. The advantages include real-time data updates, a replay option for failed syncs, flexible field mappings, and tailored sync rules.

Installation instructions

  1. Click Install Now.
  2. Click Start.
  3. Link your Xero account by inputting your credentials.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose your subscription plan and click Next.
  6. Prepare Invoice or quote Creation Rules. In this, you have to Add a pipeline, select a deal stage and choose quote/invoice creation. Click Next.
  7. On the next stage, you have to set Customer Synchronization Preferences. On the same page, you can select B2C option (a new feature added). Click Next.
  8. The next step is to select Product Sync Rules, which can be Simple Search or Direct Link as per the requirement. Furthermore, you have the option to sync deals without products by just using deal value. You can also select a default product to add an overall discount as a line item. Click Finish.
