We’re looking for a senior web designer to create user-centered, appealing and effective web solutions in our Tallinn office. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome creative- and content designers, marketeers and engineers, to develop consistent UI and UX experiences throughout the customer journey. 
Think of conducting user research and experiments to implement smooth and simple UX, knowing every trick in the book for designing effective sign-up flow, evolving further our top notch design system and finally, just being a great collaborator within a cross functional team.

Your new adventure:

  • Delivering effective design solutions (ex. public website flows, community pages, knowledge base and blog) in line with the marketing and product area’s roadmap and industry best practices
  • Conceptualize innovative website concepts to drive engagement and conduct experiments to improve the customer journey 
  • Define requirements and pitch them to stakeholders in an engaging and convincing manner
  • Embrace an iterative design process, incorporating feedback from customers, marketing stakeholders and data-driven insights. Translate those findings into design solutions
  • Create user flows and sitemaps to ensure that the website is easy to navigate
  • Make sure there is a consistent brand and UI/UX experience across the whole customer journey 
  • Collaborate with fellow designers refining Pipedrive’s design language, design system and design principles. Mentor more junior colleagues
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers and other stakeholders to bring their designs to life
  • Communicate effectively and advocate for user needs throughout the development process
  • Plan and execute smaller projects, as well as seek ways to improve the overall website quality
  • Actively engage in the design community by participating in cross-team efforts, promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a positive, collaborative environment

Does this sound like you?

  • 5+ years of experience in web or product design
  • Experience in user research, testing, incorporating data-, and design thinking into daily design decisions
  • Exceptional understanding of web strategies, development-, and project management processes
  • Very strong communication skills to drive discussions clearly and effectively, ability to give feedback, lead brainstorming sessions and provide rationale for your work
  • Ability to work independently to see projects through, while managing stress and adversity in a positive, constructive manner
  • A sense of ownership to proactively propose the best course of action while also taking other’s perspectives into account
  • Excellent knowledge of industry design tools (ex. Figma and Adobe Suite) and working with CMS systems. Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Fluency in English
