Pipedrive in Florida
Our office in St. Petersburg, Florida opened in August 2019. As one of the newer locations, we strive to demonstrate Pipedrive’s core values in our words, actions and attitudes each day. Currently, the Florida office handles customer support. Although the team itself is new, we are a diverse group of seasoned and talented professionals. In the next year, we will be adding sales, marketing and a variety of other roles to our blossoming site. Our office is located in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg. We have a beautiful view of the ocean and are surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants and shops. It’s an awesome place to work with many fun activities to do after hours.
Pipedrive challenges in Florida
One of the challenges we face in Florida is communicating with our European colleagues due to the time zone difference. By the time we start our day, theirs is almost over. However, we’ve overcome this by adjusting our schedules to fit the needs of the company and our office. Plus, coffee. Lots of coffee! Another perk of our great office is a free, unlimited supply of it.
Our traditions
We do push-ups every hour on the hour (optional, not required). An alarm is set to remind us. Our team is a competitive, adventurous bunch, so we keep each other motivated.
We are a group of foodies and like to have a team lunch or dinner weekly so we can try all the great St. Pete cuisine.
Creativity is also a passion. If you join us, you can enjoy our Intuitive Paint Nights. We love music and are a lively bunch, so you might even see us out at a local karaoke event!

St. Pete, appropriately nicknamed the “Sunshine City”, holds the world record for most consecutive days with sunshine: 768! Located on the Tampa Bay, its six art districts, numerous museums, green parks and award-winning beaches contribute to a great quality of life. Our centrally-located office is just a short walk from the The Dalí, The Museum of Fine Art, and most importantly – the beach.
