About us

Before becoming Pipedrive Latvia, our office in the capital Riga was the home base for the team behind Mailigen, an intuitive email automation platform. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Riga, the team of more than 20 employees joined the Pipedrive family in 2020. Mailigen is the first acquisition in Pipedrive history and brings sales and marketing teams closer together.

Our traditions

We are a team of young professionals who believe that happiness is an integral part of work! Pipedrive Latvia employees enjoy summer and winter sports like hiking and playing volleyball, fun activities like singing karaoke, and – of course – parties. We are always up to try something active and new. Our office is a comfortable and homey place in the heart of Old Riga, and we always have sweets and coffee on hand.

We are a dynamic team who love to spend our time doing sporting activities. We even organize our own sports games in the summer. We go to a cool place outside the city, usually with a sauna and a place to swim, and play different games. There are some basketball and volleyball enthusiasts among us, so those are usually on the program, but the main objective is to chill and have fun together.

We treat our colleagues like a big family. So, naturally, we like to celebrate the Christmas season together. We usually enjoy a festive dinner, then gather around the Christmas tree to recite poems, sing, have performances and receive a gift. After that, we relax in a casual atmosphere with some activities and drink mulled wine.
