We are looking for an IT Application Engineer who will focus on developing and supporting high-quality solutions that align with our People and Culture functions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing integrations, automations, and solutions that streamline key employee lifecycle processes, such as records management, administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will use their technical expertise to enhance the employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and support company-wide policies.

Your new adventure:

  • Develop and support enterprise applications and integrations specifically focused on P&C functions such as employee lifecycle management
  • Implement automations and process improvements for routine P&C tasks such as employee records management
  • Act as a key partner in analyzing, developing, and delivering solutions that meet business goals to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with People and Culture processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal company policies, automating compliance checks and ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.
  • Manage technical aspects of employee lifecycle management, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, integrating with IAM systems.
  • Develop and manage integrations between P&C systems and other business applications to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate on executing global events strategy, promoting engagement and fostering a sense of belonging through well-planned internal and external activities.

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of engineering experience with people and culture and employee lifecycle management applications.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and related data flows.
  • Proficient knowledge of compliance and security requirements, particularly in P&C and employee data protection.
  • Experience with process automation, including record management, benefits administration, and compliance workflows.
  • Proficiency in API management, system integrations, and scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to build and maintain efficient solutions.
  • Solid understanding of IAM (Identity Access Management) principles, especially as they relate to P&C systems and processes.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with P&C and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Experience working as part of a team, as well as the ability to lead and manage tasks independently.
  • Ability to support solutions across the application lifecycle, from gathering requirements to implementation and ongoing support.
