We are looking for a Product Designer to research, analyze, design, and validate Pipedrive’s core experiences across different channels and platforms. You will gain a thorough understanding of our users’ needs regarding integrating with Pipedrive by utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods and will prototype solutions to improve its quality and user experience.

Your new adventure:
- Work together with the product manager and rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs
- Organize user research with the support from product manager and research team using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users
- Analyze different data points to learn more about user behavior
- Contribute to design vision in your area and to innovation through experimentation and user testing
- Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) to communicate ideas and validate solutions
- Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, enhancing the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints
- Engage with multiple stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverables together with your team
- Sharing learnings and providing feedback to other designers
Does this sound like you?
- Over two years of experience working as a product designer or similar role
- Able to present best practices in the field when creating design solutions
- Great attention to detail and analytical reasoning
- Advanced skill with Figma and experience with Atlassian (or other task management software)
- Able to model both qualitative and quantitative user research from scratch
- Strong advocate and user of design systems and know-how about implementing them in your work to be more effective and efficient
- A strong can-do attitude, communication skills, and openness to feedback
- Critical thinking skills
- You have a portfolio of a couple of strong projects to showcase
- A degree in the Design field is a plus
- Fluency in English
