We’re on the lookout for a senior product data analyst to analyze product behavioral data and share insights with our Tallinn-based product analytics team. These insights concern our product usage, with metrics that help track how our product is performing, how this influences business results, what to improve for users and more. Your new adventure:

  • Leverage and tell a story with data and visualizations to understand market opportunities, customer pain points, and market trends in order to inform and make recommendations on tribes long-term vision and strategy
  • Partner with tribes to understand most impactful questions or leaps of faith that need validating. Independently work to define data requirements as well as develop and execute on learning plans
  • Work with the product department to craft experiments and test hypotheses using existing resources and applications as well as make recommendations for future improvements
  • Operate as a business owner in your product tribes, gaining a deep understanding of strategic goals and how they align with the broader vision the R&D organization delivers
  • Provide ongoing visibility and increase self-serve access to teams on how Pipedrive customers can use our product (feature usage, user paths, adoption, churn, etc.)
  • Work with large, complex data sets, conducting end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and presentations
  • Utilize good communication skills to clearly explain the essence of technical work to audiences of all levels and across the Product organization
  • Act as Driver on internal Product Intelligence initiatives which continue to expand capabilities of the function within R&D
  • Operate as a mentor to junior and mid-level analysts raising the bar of skills and talent for the entire team

Does this sound like you?

  • At least four years of experience in quantitative analysis from which at least two years in mid level. Preferably for a tech company
  • Fluent in SQL and experience in working with relational databases
  • Previous experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar software
  • Excited to explore patterns, draw conclusions and extract insights
  • Able to condense your analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions and influence performance
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain analysis results and data to stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, think logically and solve complex problems that might not always be well defined
  • You know how to analyze user behavior, segmentation and user path optimization
  • You’re a team player who’s eager to take ownership of processes and projects
  • You’re proactive, offering expertise and help when needed
  • Able to set and own priorities inline with declared OKRs and communicate it to all stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a/b testing is an advantage 
  • Prior programming knowledge (R, Python), especially statistical programming, is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
