Our teams span four engineering offices in Europe, and your work will directly impact our more than 100,000 customers.
The engineering team is the biggest part of the company, but we keep its hierarchy flat and the team scalable using an innovative model called Tribes and Missions. You can learn more about it in this article on our engineering blog or this short
video.
Our tech stack:
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, and Fastify. Some PHP and Golang
Storage and messaging: MySQL, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis, and CouchDB
DevOps and Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and GitOps

- Build and deploy microservices to production and build the necessary service monitoring and alerting system
- Write automated tests
- Learn new technologies and ways of working alongside your peers and grow into an independent developer
- Collaborate closely with your peers and solve problems by writing maintainable code, designing new features and improving existing ones, building prototypes, and conducting quick experiments
- Perform code reviews and provide quality feedback to peers
- Help improve the tribe’s services and pay off technical debt over time
Does this sound like you?
- Passion for software development, software architecture, and collaborative work
- Can write and maintain quality code
- Able to conduct technical research and create quick proof of concepts for validation if needed
- Keen to learn new technologies and ways of working in agile software development teams
- Knowledge of some of the following technologies: JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, any SQL database, Docker, and PHP
- Can work in a highly collaborative environment with a team distributed across multiple engineering offices
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Evidence of personal projects showing aptitude for engineering work and product sense is a plus
Why Pipedrive?
- A value-driven work environment where people come first
- A lively bunch of colleagues from over 50 different countries, with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Lisbon, Prague, London, Dublin, New York, Florida, Riga and Berlin
- A team serious about getting things done while not taking ourselves too seriously
- A world-class working environment full of perks like parties, craft workshops, snacks and, of course, office dogs
- Flexible working hours as long as you’re there for your team members
- Freedom to execute your ideas with a passionate and motivated team supporting you
- Lots of room for personal and career development, with internal and external training opportunities
- Competitive salary and bonus system and all the benefits you’d expect from a great employer (health and accident insurance, health days, a quarterly contribution to sports, in-house coaches, employee discounts and more)
