We’re looking for an IT Application Engineer to join us in our Tallinn office and lead the integration of AI-powered solutions to enhance business applications and streamline operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to implement AI technologies, improve user experience, automate workflows, and ensure seamless integration of business tools. Your new adventure:

  • Research, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance business applications, automate workflows, and improve user experience and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement AI and automation technologies that improve user experience, efficiency, and optimize business operations
  • Develop and support solutions within enterprise applications and integrations, ensuring seamless integration of AI-driven featuresAutomate processes for improved efficiency, security, and scalability, while adhering to security policies and best practices
  • Analyze, develop, and deliver quality solutions to meet business needs, ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven features
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to build solutions that meet business needs and drive innovation
  • Monitor and manage updates for business applications, ensuring continuous improvement and integration of new features
  • Provide internal technical support within the domain, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues
  • Work across the business on projects and programs that deliver value to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Execute defined tasks and procedures across a range of technologies and applications
  • Create new procedures and document solutions to ensure consistency and clarity across the business
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, business applications, and automation technologies to leverage the latest tools for optimizing business operations

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years engineering experience with business applications and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and related data flows
  • Understanding of AI-driven workflow automation and its application in enterprise environments
  • Proficient knowledge of compliance and security requirements when working with access control policies
  • Familiarity with AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Google AI, or similar
  • Ability to support solutions across the application lifecycle, from gathering requirements to implementation and ongoing support
  • Experience working within processes to deliver defined solutions
  • Working with others within a solution lifecycle
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions
  • Experience working as part of a team, as well as the ability to lead and manage tasks independently
  • Experience with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is an advantage
